Well where do I start? Dealing with Anna and Sandy was a breeze. We primarily dealt with Anna and I've dealt with enough agents in the business to know that they could learn a lot from Anna. Her communication is outstanding and she goes above and beyond. She treats you with empathy and respect and her goal is to get you to your goal, leaving no stone unturned. She has a fantastic knowledge of the systems and rules and if she is not sure then she will be upfront and find out.
